Employees have three options for premium health care coverage: Blue Cross of California’s PPO or HMO plans, or Kaiser’s HMO plan. Vision and dental coverage is also available through nationwide providers, with a minimal amount of employer paid life insurance. OQO covers 85% of the premium costs for the employee and 70% for dependents, ensuring that all employees have access to first-rate care. OQO also offers Flexible Spending Accounts for medical, dental, vision and dependant care to cover out-of-pocket-expenses. Contributing pre-tax dollars to an FSA helps employees get the most out of their health and dependent care dollars.
Maintaining a positive work/life balance is important at OQO. We supply food in our communal kitchen for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Parking and public transportation subsidies also help maintain that positive balance, and the OQO personal assistant service can plan parties or vacations, find event tickets, do laundry and dry cleaning, and more.
